Both days will start at 9:00AM and end at 4:30PM.
Systematic Rifle/Pistol was designed to help build performance with both rifle and pistol fundamentals. The shooters will be pushed beyond their comfort levels to build confidence in weapon handling, understanding the balance between speed and accuracy, and will leave with an understanding of how to train accordingly. Class is limited to 20 spots!
Topics of instruction include, but are not limited to:
- Principals of grip
- Speed/Aggression
- Vision
- Improved marksmanship
- Recoil management
- Multiple shooting positions
- Moving and shooting
- Rifle to pistol transitions
Required for class:
- Handgun and Rifle (AR-15/M4 platform)
- Duty belt with holster and mag pouches (no SERPA holsters permitted)
- Rifle magazine pouches (Plate carrier or chest rig ok)
- At least 3 magazines for each weapon system
- 600 rounds of ammunition for each weapon system
- Eye/ear protection
- Food and drinks for the day
- Appropriate clothing for the weather forecast
